This is the first phase of moderation and the first with which the community interacts. These individuals have proven to be trustworthy and possess the necessary skills to assume responsibilities within the community when administrators are not present.
They are responsible for moderating group sessions and making decisions to maintain peace within the group so that the entire community can enjoy it and report back to Administration.
Some of them also have the responsibility of maintaining and managing certain teams. They have the authority to propose ideas to Administration for consideration and the development of new ideas. Occasionally, they may also lead entire projects or participate in administrative decisions.
(Currently, this cannot be applied to this team; this team is at the Administration’s discretion.)
