The Responsible are the first phase of moderation and the first with whom the community interacts. These individuals have proven to be trustworthy and possess the necessary skills to take on responsibilities within the community when the moderators are not present.
They are responsible for moderating group instances and making decisions to maintain peace within the group so that the entire community can enjoy them, reporting back to the Administration.
Some of them are also responsible for maintaining and managing certain teams. They have the power to propose ideas to the Administration for consideration and development of new ideas. Occasionally, they may also lead entire projects or take part in administrative decisions.
Their symbol is represented by an anvil. “Because without an anvil, there is no work in a forge.”
